i lov stretching i did it more when i had class before giving or receiving amasssage, so i replace the block with a water bottle and take sips while i’m stretching, apples for ya back huh ok and carrots for my eyes

Well , you make it looks easy. But what if i am beginner in these exercises and totally not flexible ? And for what kind of back pain do they help ? For example muscle pain ? Or for a pain caused due to a bad sleep ? If you got injured in the gym by doing an exercise and you hurt your muscle ? Do they help the same ?
lol funny when u do act like you have got back pain but exercise no 1 is the sure shot way to KILL yourself if you have got back pain.
